At Monteath & Powys, we are committed to our community. Now and throughout our 70 year history, we’ve focused on delivering a better tomorrow with creative, functional and feasible outcomes. We are trusted leaders in managing and delivering projects within planning, surveying, 3D spatial and project management throughout NSW.
We work with government agencies, leading public and private companies, in infrastructure, property development and resources. We’re proud of our proven track record of successful collaborations with local councils, statutory authorities, Department of Planning and many other government departments. In recent years we have won many industry awards showing our commitment and standing in the profession.
We employ professional staff from a range of backgrounds to ensure we’re delivering diverse skill sets, opinions and solutions. This has awarded us a reputation for innovation and knowledge that separates us from the rest, successfully delivering thousands of projects.
Since the first building blocks of the company were laid by our namesake founders in 1950, Monteath & Powys have been delivering professional consultancy services, progressively hiring the best in the business.
Our legacy is one of quality, reliability and a determination to always leave each day knowing we have played our part in creating a better tomorrow.
We’ve grown from two to a 65 strong team of professionals in land surveying, planning, engineering and project management.
For 70 years we have been involved in key projects that have shaped New South Wales including university campuses, port and wharf developments, town centres, multi-storey mixed-use developments, staged residential, developments, brownfield developments, state significant infrastructure, and large-scale mining projects.
Our services have, and always will be, supported by a culture that focuses on safety, the provision of accurate and reliable information, while providing excellence in client management.
Monteath & Powys is playing an integral role in the transformation of our community.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work and live. We celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal peoples and their ongoing cultures and connections to the lands and waters of NSW.
